Eric Dickerson joined the Rams front office as vice president of business development in August of 2017, rejoining the organization that drafted him in 1983.

Dickerson played running back for the Rams from 1983 to 1987 and broke the NFL's single season record holder for most yards gained (2,105) in 1984. As a rookie in 1983, he set NFL rookie records for most yards gained in a season (1,808) and attempts (390) and was named NFC and NFL Rookie of the Year.
